About the Founder

Michael O’Neal, the Founder and C.E.O. of Keeping Kids Safe, has been in Law Enforcement for over seventeen years. He has served in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer and had been a Patrol Deputy Sheriff. In addition, Michael is also an instructor of Date Escape and Kid Escape from John Hall, which teaches children the Grip, Dip, and Spin technique that could save their lives. He also teaches various other Safety programs. which include the dangers of Internet , Sexting, Cyber Bullying and Bullying plus   Michael is also a Anti Child Sex Trafficking Advocate and teaches how to recognize and prevent is horrible crime happening to out children everyday.  Michael started  Keeping Kids Safe when his young daughter came home with an inadequate I.D. card that simply displayed a picture on a high-gloss piece of paper in which parents filled out information on the back.  After talking with parents, he found that less than 5% actually filled out the back. He became even more determined to protect our children when he found all of his friend’s daughter’s personal information on myspace.com and found there wasn’t a agency that provided training, education and state of the art Safety products all under one roof.  That’s when Michael saw the need to start Keeping Kids Safe.

We are non-profit and as a 501(c)3 Company, all donations are tax deductible.
