Amber Alert issued for 2 year old Hailey who was taken by her father Monday morning in Sanford after the girl’s mother was beaten, according to State Police.
Her abductor is is driving a 1998 green Dodge 1500 pick-up truck with Maine plates 8929NB. He is described as 5′11″, 230 pounds with balding brown hair, hazel eyes.
